About the Personal Training Trial Lesson

At FIRSTCLASSTRAINERS, we offer trial lessons to ensure you can start personal training with confidence.

After the trial lesson, we will confirm your interest in joining. If you decide to join after the trial, we can complete the membership process on the same day (membership fee: 11,000 yen, including tax).

Location: First-Class Trainers Studio

Date and Time: Please consult with us as the person in charge will contact you.

Duration: 60 minutes (includes approximately 30 minutes of actual training and a counseling session)

Fees: Advanced Trainer - 3,600 yen (tax included), Professional Trainer - 4,600 yen (tax included)

What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, towel, drink (Indoor shoes are required at the following locations: Umeda Kita No. 2, Umeda Shindo, Sakaisuji Hommachi, Minami-Morimachi, Esaka Ekimae, Shin-Osaka Ekimae, Shin-Osaka Kita, Toyonaka Senri, Sakai-Higashi, Takatsuki, Takatsuki Kita, Kobe Chuo and all Vivo locations)
